Welcome to Tennessee Cleaning Co. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.


1. Services & Scope of Work

Tennessee Cleaning Co. provides commercial cleaning, property management support, and turnover cleaning services as agreed upon in writing with the client. Services are limited to the defined scope prior to each appointment. Any additional services requested may result in additional charges. Tennessee Cleaning Co. does not handle biohazard materials, medical waste, or hazardous substances unless explicitly agreed upon.


2. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at scheduled service times, including entry instructions, keys, or lockbox access. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to applicable fees.


3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All pricing is agreed upon prior to service and outlined in the invoice or service agreement. Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees, and Tennessee Cleaning Co. reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to maintain a safe working environment, secure valuables and sensitive items, and inform Tennessee Cleaning Co. of any hazards, special conditions, or access instructions prior to service.


5. Service Quality & Issue Resolution

If there are any concerns regarding the service provided, clients must notify Tennessee Cleaning Co. within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues.


6. Liability & Insurance

Tennessee Cleaning Co. is fully insured. While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from faulty or unstable fixtures. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.


7. General Terms & Termination

Tennessee Cleaning Co. may utilize independent contractors to perform services, all of whom are expected to meet company standards. Either party may terminate services with written notice. Tennessee Cleaning Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to safety concerns, non-payment, or inappropriate conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
