2. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system.
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we do not bring vacuums or mops — clients must supply these items to avoid cross-contamination and allergen spread.
- The work area should be free from hazards to ensure the safety of our cleaning team.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing will be confirmed before service begins, based on the size, condition, and requirements of the property.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if the property was in unsanitary condition beyond the agreed-upon scope of work.
6. Liability
- We are insured and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that were not securely placed.
- We are not liable for damages resulting from faulty equipment, improper installation, or general wear and tear.
7. Use of Website
- You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to disrupt its operation.
